Man Found A Box Left At Bus Stop In Direct Sunlight And Discovered The Saddest Surprise

When a passenger noticed a cardboard box taped shut with duct tape at a bus stop in London, left in direct sunlight, he never quite expected to find what he did. He was definitely surprised! Inside the box, there were three tiny and scared animals…

He proceeded to open the box cautiously so that he won’t scare the little ones. But he was stunned to find three 11-week-old black and dark tortoiseshell kittens. Luckily, the kittens found themselves in the right hands, and most importantly away from the sunlight and that sealed box. The man knew exactly what to do. He immediately called The Mayhew Animal Home, which is a nearby animal rescue center.

We don’t know how long they had been in the box for, but they were very hot and obviously extremely scared. So we immediately took them to our Vet Clinic to be thoroughly checked over,” explained Tania Mazzoni, animal welfare officer from the association.

Luckily, the vets acted quickly. The little ones were hot and scared. But besides that, they seemed to be in relatively decent health condition.

They were monitored for the next couple of days. But the three of them seemed to escape the dangerous situation they were in.

What happened later?

Later, the Staff-members at the center named the adorable kittens Jenny, Jackie, and James.

Jackie, Jenny, and James are all doing really well and gaining confidence every day. They are cheeky and playful and love attention,” told The Dodo, Jemma Gillard, from The Mayhew Animal Home.

Things might have ended badly if no one found them in that cardboard box taped shut with duct tape at a bus stop in London. But luckily, a kind hearted man did found them. They are all safe now, and ready to be adopted. They are about to spend their lives in their new forever homes, where they will be loved and someone will take a really good care of them!
